Citrix Online IT Intern – For School Credit

Background:

Citrix Online, maker of GoToMeeting®, GoToMyPC®, GoToAssist®, and other remote access, web conferencing, and remote support services is growing! This is an unpaid for-school-credit or for-school certificate intern position in our Goleta office.
This position is available now, and will be approximately 10-20 hours a week. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your IT skills with a high tech company.

Eligibility:

Currently enrolled in a community college or university program.
Committed to exceptional end-user service
Professional presence and demeanor
Basic Windows and networking skills. (You should know the difference between DNS and DHCP without having to configure either one.)
Use of MS office suite – basic Word, Outlook, and Excel.
